Limits to consider

Availability

Only publicly available data can be accessed, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

Package

Limits may vary based on social media, your package and the API endpoints you use.

Data

Each API has limits on data items (e.g., posts, comments) per 1 request. Monitoring or re-filtering can increase this.

RPS

When issuing queries the total number of POST and GET requests should not exceed 100 requests per second.

Latency

Response time is typically 1-5 minutes, depending on the network and the volume of data being requested.

Queue

The task queues that have been created but not yet processed should not exceed 100 000 tasks of the same type.

Fair charging based on credits

Credits are charged only for the POST queries.

Each data type has its own 'credits' value':

Type of request

1 post

1 post + comments

1 search request

1 profile with info

Credits

1 credit

5 credits

7 credits

9 credits

For example, you requested to find the 100 posts with comments

Approximate cost is =

7 + 100 * 5 = 507 credits

7 are charged for the search request itself

100 are the number of posts

5 are the cost of a post with 50 comments
